My friends have been running a very small business for about a month or two online.  They mostly accept money over the Internet, and have a very smooth shipping operation going.  The way things are going now it looks as though they will have no problem making this a good full time job.  I am so proud of them and want to do everything I can to help them.  I am thinking that small business incorporation is the next step for them.  Once they get officially classified as a partnership they will be able to take advantage of many other things.
