Sometimes trainings can be just too serious and when that happens learning becomes a complete chore if it happens at all.   I like my trainings to be on the light side and use humor to make the points.   That is why I was drawn to the recruiter training dvds from Recruitment Juice.  When watching their training dvds there is never the temptation to doze off or day dream.  The student knows that if that happens they may miss the next bit of humor so both the lesson and the humor are absorbed during the session.   I always think of them as Monty Python goes to school.
