There are many debt management companies that charge a decent fee for their services.  However, my thoughts go to asking why, if you cannot pay your bills, would you pay an exorbitant amount to a company to help you pay them?  Instead, you might want to find a management company that works in the non-profit arena to help people get rid of their debt.  This way, if you pay any fee, it is more for processing of the payments.  What they do is work on a budget for you and you stick to the budget and give them the amount they come up with as your payment toward all your debts in their care.
