Benefits of meditation
The most known benefit of meditation of course, is that it is used to relieve stress and anxiety, and this is the reason why most people meditate in the first place in meditation sessions. Millions of people meditate regularly. If you were to poll regular meditators you would find that virtually every one of them has had all of the above problems (and often many others). so, how is it that they learned? Well, they accepted that learning anything worthwhile requires effort. The psychological effects of meditation reinforce how mind and body affect each other. Meditation can also reduce blood cholesterol levels, minimizing chances of heart disease. Meditation could be the answer to a healthy heart!
