I attended a dinner party recently. The host, my lovely cousin, kept harping about finding the best diet program. With the holiday season around the corner, everyone at the table totally agreed about finding a suitable diet program to wear off the extra pounds. Eat right, exercise regularly sounds like a boring mantra. The best diet program for me has to have the right balance of everything from food to exercise. If possible, I don’t want to take any supplements or do anything out of the ordinary, like eating a tapeworm. Disgusting. Just the right mix of everything healthy. Why I want something simple is so that I can keep up with it later. If it is something which I can do in the office or at home without pushing myself too hard, it can easily be incorporated in my daily routine.
