All of my friends and I were going on a camping trip to the Pocono’s.  Everyone received a list of foods that they had to bring.  One of the foods I had to bring was banana bread. I’ve always been known to make very dry deserts.  So I decided to look up a moist banana bread recipe.  After changing my original recipe I was surprised on how moist it was.  When we arrived at our camp site my friends joked about how dry my banana bread was every year.  Well they were in for a big surprise.  When they ate the banana bread they couldn’t believe how moist it was.
