The whole point of a barbecue grill is that it gets you cooking and hopefully eating outside. The unfortunate side effect of this is your grill is left exposed to the elements for most of the year. There are a few simple steps to take to protect a natural gas barbeque grill from the elements. The first is obviously to find a sheltered spot for it. A corner of the house or a specially built alcove is usually best. You also need to ensure that whenever the barbecue is not in use it has a weatherproof protective cover placed over it.  These two easy steps will add years to the life of your grill.
