I just ordered my mom a handcrafted Peruvian necklace from Tikanchay. She recently started a new job that requires her to wear business attire. I wanted to find a piece of artisan jewelry that would add to her wardrobe, but still be versatile enough to wear everyday. It arrived today, and I am simply overcome with how beautiful and unique it is. The pictures simply do not do the craftsmanship justice. The dark blue stone forms these color patterns that are like a piece of wearable art. Sometimes, handcrafted jewelry has quality stones, but they are not set well in the silver. I must hand it to the artisans…..the Artisan Necklace was flawless. I couldn’t find a better quality necklace, if I went to Peru myself.
