Food is an enemy
My greatest enemy perhaps is too much of the wrong kinds of food. Simply put, I can’t expect to keep healthy living on a diet of pastries and processed foods. I have to change my thinking about food. For example, I can no longer think it’s just lunch. Lunch can be just as harmful as any other meal if the foods that I eat are not healthy. I live in New York and eveything is done in a hurry here. Because of the crowds, there’s never enough time in a day for me to accomplish what I need to. I’m a procrastinator, I say, I’ll do it tomorrow.
