With so much focus on the ever-changing gas prices these days, it seems as if we have forgotten to consider our responsibilities to our planet. Humans contribute more waste with every passing year and our landfills grow ever higher without the ability to transfer that waste to something more productive. It is time we focus on waste to energy solutions instead of worrying about rising gas prices. In European countries, they have struggled with high gas prices for years and instead of griping they adapted to the situation and started living lives that required less gasoline expenditures. America needs to stop the whining and simply adjust their lifestyles to better suite the changing energy economy.
