My Workout Program

I finally decided to get in shape.  I have been a skinny guy ever since I can remember and even though I always wanted to get bigger, I never did anything about it.  This summer I went to the beach and I felt like the smallest guy out there.  Everyone I saw out there was in shape and bigger than me.  This is when I realized that I need to get to the gym.  I read some strategies on the best way to build muscle and I have been working out three times a week for the past month.  I have to say that I feel great and I have already noticed some muscle growth.
