Labor Day Weekend 2008 will arrive the week after next. I’ve just read an online SF Chronicle newspaper story stating that most people are choosing to stay home this year, rather than travel. This is being attributed to the high gas and airline prices. I’ve been swamped at work for the majority of the year and haven’t really traveled since Winter of 2003. I’m sure that travel agencies are probably desperate for some business. Perhaps I should take advantage and book some Inexpensive Vacations for a few weekends the rest of 2008. I could probably negotiate some rates that beneficial to my wallet and could help me recharge my batteries and prepare for 2009.
