The Fitness Travel Effect

I heard my mother say before that once you turn 40, you gain at least 3 pounds every year unless you do something active. I hit my 40th mark 2 years ago and, true enough, I am 6 pounds heavier now. This got me intrigued with fitness travel. Lucky for me, I have a colleague at work who just went on a fitness tour and I can tell that she is looking and feeling great! She said she feels rejuvenated, stronger and, of course, lighter. On top of all that, she has learned a lot about health and fitness, and is now very much maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
